Caliber Collision - Poor Customer Service
Left my car at Caliber Collision the service manager stated he would call the next day to provide details on when I could get my car back. Did not receive a call.
When I called I was told there was additional damage waiting for USAA to call back authorizing the additional cost. No call on Wednesday. I called on Thursday only to find out USAA had not returned the call to approve the repairs. Friday, asked to speak to a manager.
I called USAA to get the ball rolling. Manager assured me I would get a call. No call from the service manager. One week later I am still waiting for my car.
Poor customer service. Would not recommend this company.
